Q:We know little for feed machine and production line , what should i do?

A:Please tell us your requirement, such as what kind of feed you want produce, the output you want per hour, how many raw materials you use and so on, we will design the flow diagram for you, and further our engineer will designer the whole feed factory for you depend on your site.

 

Q:Our worker do not know how to operation the production line, what should we do?

A:we has installation and after sale service team, our engineer can go to give customer installation guide. If customer need, our whole engineer team also go to customer's country.

 

Q: What about the extruder machine Maintenance and service?

A: 1.Clean up the equipment after each class, especially expand cavity should not have retain material. (Recommend: when stop production a day, inject water into the expand cavity soak to next day, convenient to clean.

2.Often clean the belt wheel of expand cavity shaft, can not with too much dust, ortherwise it will cause the belt imbalance to vibrate expand cavity. Regularly check the belt tightness.

3.The shaft of expand cavity is lubricated by lubrication oil. Feed conditioner and the bearing its transmission device and other parts adopts grease for lubrication.

4.The sealing part of feed expand cavity should add twice 2# grease lubrication for its sealing ring once a shaft.

5.Do not adjust the components on steam pipe free, keep all its part dry and clean.

6.Remove the screw head, not heavy knock.

7.Keep extruder and around environment clean.

8.Check the belt tightness every month.
